If you have ever felt angry or encountered someone who was angry, this is the course for you! In this six hour course we will recap how to be in empathy while there is anger present then we will harvest the fruits of doing this. This is a fast paced and exciting class. The request is to have some knowledge of NVC such as reading Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life," participate in a practice group weekly, have taken a Fundamentals Course or some other weekend workshop in NVC.
